Hide fields in form activities

By default, OneInsight shows all the fields that were filled in the forms that the person submitted  In some cases, you want to hide certain information for users in OneInsight, e.g. for fields that only serve a technical purpose.

If you don’t want certain fields to be shown in that list, you can ignore one or multiple fields in the admin interface in the administration section “Field Management” -> “Forms”.

Depending on the hidden field values, a form activity will be displayed to OneInsight users as in the screenshot below (see "Form Activities").
