Integrating OneInsight via a browser extension

If your company is using a browser-based CRM system, the recommended way to integrate OneInsight is via the Firefox or Chrome extension. 

To set up the browser extension for your CRM system or any other web based tool, you can follow the steps described in the browser extension admin documentation. Extension settings can be set up globally, so everyone in your company automatically gets the latest settings.

This will allow OneInsight users to simply click on a button in their favourite browser and see all available OneInsight data for a specific person. You could e.g. set up the extension for your contact, lead and opportunity pages in your CRM system and thus always show relevant information from OneInsight in a sidebar window.

Also, the browser extension allows you to right click on an email address on a page and search for this person in OneInsight. This doesn't require any setup and works on all pages. To find out how exactly the extension can be used, visit Using the Browser extension.
