Action Items

Within the Lead Activity Dashboard, there are multiple ways to perform an activity on the lead.

In the bottom left corner, the following icons can be used:

1.  Editing Information: Edit the lead information that is being displayed in the section on the left. Whether certain fields can be edited is being set up in the administration section -> "Field Management" (read "Field Management").

2.  Lifecycle Actions: Change the status of the person. Status options can be edited in the administration section -> "Lifecycle Management" (read "Show lifecycle stages in OneInsight").

3.  Queue Action: Change the status of the person. Status options can be edited in the administration section -> "Queue Management" (read "Understand custom queues").

4.  Latest Programs: This opens a dialog with a list of all programs that the person has been a member of in the last 30 days, including the type of program and the person’s status. 

More detailed insights can be retrieved by clicking on the program. The person’s status can be changed to any status that is defined in the administration interface -> "Program Management", and a list of all program members can be viewed (read "Synching program information to OneInsight"). 

5.  User Assignment: The users assigned to the person selected can be viewed and edited if your user account has been granted permission to do so. However, this functionality can only be used if the manual user assignment mode has been selected within the administration section -> "Assignment management" (read "Choose your user assignment mode").
