Lead Queue

OneInsight has the functionality to show a simplified view of your company’s overarching lead lifecycle and show all people in their specific stages of this lead lifecycle. 

Filters that are placed above the list allow for different views. Most importantly, the list of leads can be filtered by lead status. These status options need to be set in the administration section -> "Lifecycle Management". Apart from that, the list view can be changed by taking into consideration the lead specific country, as well as the respective user assignment. 

Therefore, if you would like to get an overview of those leads and their specific stages of the lead lifecycle that are assigned to your user account only, the lead queue tab provides you with all the information you are looking for. With the lead’s relative score and urgency displayed on the right, you are provided with a powerful overview of all relevant leads in their respective lifecycle stages.
